The name is a nod to the poinciana tree — a symbol of South Florida that's both resilient and deeply rooted in the community.
From the beginning, Poinciana Restoration has grown through word of mouth. Customers in Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, and Miramar refer their neighbors because they had a good experience — and that track record means more to us than any advertising campaign.
Today, Poinciana Restoration handles water damage, fire and smoke damage, mold remediation, and storm damage repair for both residential and commercial properties. Harley Harvey is a Hollywood, FL native who has spent over a decade building expertise in the local restoration industry. Growing up in South Florida, he developed a strong understanding of the wear and tear that the region's climate puts on homes and businesses — and how to fix it the right way.
He founded Poinciana Restoration to offer Hollywood residents a reliable, locally-owned option they could actually trust. Outside of work, Harley stays active in the Hollywood community, supporting local events and neighboring businesses when he can. 2016–2017 — Mold Remediation Services Added
Recognizing the persistent mold challenges South Florida's climate creates, Poinciana Restoration expanded into certified mold remediation, addressing one of the most common and serious property issues in the region.
2018–2019 — Commercial Restoration Expansion

2020–2022 — Storm Season Response
